At Infomedia, we are driven by our mission statement and corporate values that define our approach and set the tone for how we collaborate and take ownership of work across the organisation and steer us towards a common goal.
To celebrate these values and acknowledge the incredible team we have behind us, we are delighted to officially launch our new ‘Value Champion’ awards which are voted on by all staff members and aim to raise the awareness of our four unique corporate values TRUST, INNOVATION, EXCELLENCE and VALUE.
This quarter saw the following four staff members voted in as our first-ever ‘Value Champions’ and includes some of the reasons for their nominations.
Carl Radley: ‘Value Champion’ – TRUST
Carl Radley is our Technical Architect and has been with Infomedia since 2016, he was nominated by colleagues to receive the ‘Trust’ Value Champion Award who provided the following feedback:
“Whatever Carl is working on, we can trust he's going to put his best foot forward and get on with the task in-hand every single day, displaying integrity, a stoic resilience, and supporting all who need his help and guidance.”
Garry Edmonds: ‘Value Champion’ - INNOVATION
Garry Edmonds is our Test Lead and has been with Infomedia since 2019, he was nominated by colleagues to receive the ‘Innovation’ Value Champion Award who provided the following feedback:
“With a multi-hatted role with many tech avenues; Garry has taken on a lot of responsibilities. He has identified many technical areas for improvement and tackled them to further improve some of the daily operations of the company.”
Nikola Bozic: ‘Value Champion’ – EXCELLENCE
Nikola Bozic is our Software Developer and has been with Infomedia since 2023, he was nominated by colleagues to receive the ‘Excellence’ Value Champion Award who provided the following feedback:
“Nikola embodies this facet of the Excellence category in that he is extremely dedicated and puts everything he can into producing quality work. He continues to study the craft after hours, and is willing to attempt any task put to him. He's a proper team player.”
Shaun Horan: ‘Value Champion’ – VALUE
Shaun Horan is our Commercial Director and has been with Infomedia since 2019, he was nominated by colleagues to receive the ‘Value' Value Champion Award who provided the following feedback:
“Shaun actions the Value category every day. When seeking an opinion on something, you can really see he values that opinion and respects the outcome.”
Mark Robinson, CEO at Infomedia said:
“Our values are rooted in our culture, they underpin the way we work and interact with our customers and even who we recruit and we are incredibly proud of what they stand for. Launching these awards provides the perfect way to recognise our amazing team and the dedication they show daily to embed these values into their roles.”
