As our client base continues to grow, so too does our Infomedia team as we warmly welcome four new starters over the last two months, across our technical, commercial and operations team.
Yasmin, Taylor, Dominic and John bring with them a great deal of knowledge and experience both within and outside the industry and it has been great to get to know more about their background and the unique strengths they will be bringing to their roles.
John joined our Operations Team in May and has a background in incident management, resolution and support, technical expertise and business continuity. John was attracted to Infomedia’s growing client base and talented team and is looking forward to “Using his knowledge and experience to contribute to the continuous development of our operations processes whilst delivering seamless support and advice to customers.”
After completing her degree in Fashion Buying and Marketing at De Montfort University, our new Account Manager Yasmin spent five years as a buyer for major retail stores and luxury brands and is skilled in trend analysis and forecasting.
Yasmin said, “I’m excited to be joining the Infomedia team and getting to know and make long-lasting relationships with their valuable clients. Working in such a growing and fast-passed sector provides the perfect opportunity to use and share my retail knowledge and bring them to life.”
With a background in financial services and passion for technology, Dom recently joined our operations team to support us in managing and growing our client and services base.
A keen gamer and creative writer, Dom brings impressive analyst experience having worked in the financial services environment for several years.
Dom says, “I’m thrilled to be joining such an established and well-respected company in the DCB sector and I’m hoping to learn a great deal from the team. I recently taught myself game coding and look forward to combining my skills in customer service with my love of technology and software.”
Coming to Infomedia straight from her apprenticeship in UX and Web Design, Taylor will be our Junior C# developer and will further broaden our technical team’s impressive range of international languages with her skills in Japanese.
