Welcome to ‘My Account’ our latest solution in providing Seamless DCB

Infomedia are pleased to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website with the introduction of ‘My Account’ incorporating a fully functional Documents Portal and Service Desk Plus.

The latest update has taken a giant step forward in our mission to provide a seamless integration and management process from start to finish.

Our goal with this new website is to provide our partners with a simple way to integrate and manage their DCB payment solution. With the addition of the ‘My Account’ area our partners can now access an array of documents making it as easy as possible to launch DCB on their services.

The documentation covers the journey right from sales and integration to after-care including our user friendly ‘how to’ guides and demonstration videos. Partners will also be able to upload any files we may request directly into their individual password protected accounts.

From the ‘My Account’ area partners can also access our new trouble-ticketing solution Service Desk Plus enabling them to raise or track any service incidents they may have. Users are able to raise a case through the portal within a matter of minutes enabling us to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible, while minimising impact to business operations and ensuring quality is maintained.

What the future holds

The ‘My Account’ portal is still in the early stages of development, we are already working on bigger and better things for Phase 2. The aim is to be able to provide a fully automated process where our partners can be in full control of their integration into our payments platform.

The next update will come in the form of our new interactive Compliance Framework pages which will improve accessibility, ease of use and a more efficient update and version control process meaning you are always at the forefront in providing a fully compliant service across all territories.
